Job Summary
We are seeking driven, compassionate individuals to join our remote team as Insurance Sales Agents. In this role, you will connect with clients—primarily veterans and their families—understand their specific needs, and provide tailored insurance products to secure their future.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, particularly veterans and their families.
• Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Present and explain insurance policies in a professional and relatable manner.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Keep accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with veterans and understanding their needs.
• Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools.
• Life Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one (we’ll guide you through the process).
